When continuity of care is agreed to be necessary, we expect our patients to follow the advice given to them. Sometimes, this can be difficult, which is understandable. We expect to be kept informed so as to ensure a good outcome.
We are generous with our time. Our appointments are allocated in such a way as to favour those who need our services most. We take no-shows and unexplained cancellations very seriously. We therefore expect our patients to attend when they have committed to this.
Financial strength allows us to invest and innovate. The beneficiaries are our patients. We will never knowingly offer unnecessary investigations or treatments. We will also always charge fairly for our services in the expectation of prompt settlement.
